Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place your order as a guest without creating an account.
We only require basic details such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
Account creation is optional and simply helps returning customers track orders more easily.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
You’ll be asked to provide shipping and payment details, after which you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed successfully.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through major credit and debit cards, as well as other trusted payment gateways available during checkout.
All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems for your safety.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery timeline is divided into three parts:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

This ensures your order is verified, packed, and shipped promptly with reliable delivery.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-5) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, Chronveil offers Flat $35 USD on all eligible orders within the United States.
You’ll see this applied automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use that link to check your package’s delivery progress.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at help@chronveil.shop.
Changes can only be made before your order is shipped. Once it’s dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
We can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Once it’s in transit, we cannot reroute or recall the package.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated by emailing help@chronveil.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a Chronveil error (wrong item, defect, or damage), we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Do you charge any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items, regardless of the reason for return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Once processed, please allow an additional up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your bank or card account, depending on your payment provider.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply email help@chronveil.shop with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send instructions, including the return address and label information.

Can I exchange my item for another?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@chronveil.shop, including photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Are all products in stock?

All items shown as “Available” on our website are in stock and ready to ship.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

How secure is my personal information?

Your privacy and data security are very important to us.
All personal information is stored securely and transmitted using SSL encryption.
We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

At this time, we don’t offer separate gift wrapping options.
However, our products are carefully packaged, and you can include a personal note in the order comments section at checkout.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at help@chronveil.shop.
We’ll coordinate with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund if it’s confirmed lost.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States.
Please ensure that your address details are complete and accurate during checkout.

Can I update my billing or shipping address after placing an order?

You can request an address update before your order ships.
Once it has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Please review your details carefully before submitting your order.
