We accept returns on most items purchased directly from Chronveil, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

From the Customer’s Side:

  • The return request is submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and labels are still attached.

  • The product is not listed under “Non-Returnable Items” below.

  • The customer provides proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt).

From Chronveil’s Side:

  • The return request is verified and approved through our support team.

  • The item is received within the allowed timeframe and passes inspection.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed according to this policy’s timelines.

If either side fails to meet these requirements, the return may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product hygiene and safety, some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

Customers have a generous 60-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Any request submitted after this period may not be eligible unless required by applicable law.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

    Email help@chronveil.shop within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval & Return Instructions:
    Once approved, our support team will send you detailed return instructions, including whether a return label will be issued or if you’ll need to arrange your own shipping.

  3. Ship the Item Back:
    Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided.
    Always use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Inspection:
    Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days to confirm eligibility.

Return Label

We provide return labels in two different cases:

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or quality issue), Chronveil will issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted item), the customer must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.

This ensures a fair and balanced process for both sides.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Chronveil Covers Shipping
    When the issue is our fault — such as incorrect, damaged, or defective items — we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Covers Shipping
    If the item is being returned for reasons not related to quality or error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We always recommend using a reliable courier with tracking to avoid lost packages, as Chronveil is not responsible for returns that do not reach our facility.

Restocking Fee

Chronveil does not charge any restocking fee.
All eligible returns are processed without deduction for handling or restocking.

This ensures that you receive your refund in full (excluding any shipping costs paid at checkout, if applicable).

Refund Processing Time

After your returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to an additional 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product or size.
This ensures faster and more accurate service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact help@chronveil.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue clearly

  • Short description of the problem

After reviewing your claim, we will issue a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days of our confirmation email:

  1. Check your payment account or bank again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — some financial institutions take additional time to process refunds.

  3. If it’s been more than 28 days total and you still haven’t received it, email help@chronveil.shop, and we’ll gladly investigate further.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement, provided they haven’t yet been shipped or processed.
Once shipped, the order can only be returned after delivery following this policy’s guidelines.

Return Address

The return shipping address will be provided via email once your return is approved.
Please do not send items to the website’s general address without prior authorization doing so may delay your refund or result in lost items.

Chronveil reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time to comply with new legal standards or improve customer service.
